A tiny house for sale could be mistaken for a shed, but it’s surprisingly spacious inside
From the outside this little house for sale looks like a wooden shed.
But the appearance can be deceptive and inside there is everything you need to arrange your home, including a hidden ground floor.
The windowless London house on the street was put up for sale with Savills for £ 750,000.
Inside is an open-plan dining, kitchen and living room with two double bedrooms and two underground bathrooms on a lower ground floor, reports the Mirror.
The 786 square foot home, with a patio, is in Northampton Grove in Islington and is believed to have been built as an infill property.

Nazi bombers during the war destroyed many homes in the area, leaving pockets of space that are now being used up as house prices rise.
Paul Williams, of Savills Realtors, said: âThis property is a bit of a Tardis. It is definitely not your typical home.
âThis part of London is very original. There are a lot of old buildings and voids being filled in, especially after the bomb damage from WWII.

âThe infill is very typical, but this particular property and style is not typical.
âWhen you look at property from the outside, you take it for granted.
âYou walk right into the living room and this whole ground floor is a big living space.
âYou have room for a dining table big enough for eight and there are lots of windows and light, which you wouldn’t expect from the front.

âFrom the outside, it could be anything. It’s only about 12 feet wide. But inside, the color and finish and everything around it looks great.
“There isn’t really a garden, but it has a very small terrace.
“This is a classic property suitable for a single person or a young couple – first-time buyers who will live there for a few years and then move on.”
The current owner, who wishes to remain anonymous, said: âWhen we came for our first visit we were really delighted.
âNot only is the property located in a great neighborhood, but it offered such a scale and it was clear that after taking on a significant amount of work, you could create something really, really special here.
âWe took the time to find the best way to format the space and created an upstairs living space which was ideal for entertaining, while downstairs we have two good sized double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is an outdoor shower.
âPeople are always quite surprised when they walk in by what the space entails – you just wouldn’t really know when walking past the front door.
“Having really enjoyed our time here, now is the time for someone else to enjoy it as much as we do.”
It comes after another small London house measuring 2.4 meters in width is on the market for £ 650,000.
The two bedroom terrace house is located at Third Cross Road in Twickenham.
The house is ten meters long and has a kitchen and a dining area. It has skylights and double doors to the garden to let in natural light.
The living room has enough space to accommodate armchairs and a sofa.
Upstairs, the house has a double bedroom and a second bedroom.
Built in 2017, the modern house has underfloor heating all around.
Meanwhile, the downstairs bathroom – located between the living room and the kitchen – comfortably accommodates a full-size tub and shower despite its small width of 1.35m.
At the end of the garden, there is another one bedroom annex and the outbuilding houses the kitchen and bathroom.
