Living a Plant-Based Life – Press and Guide

The Dearborn Public Library will host Bevin Cohen of Small House Farm for an online presentation via Zoom titled “Living a Plant-Based Life” at 6:30 p.m. on March 29.

Herbalist and author Cohen will talk about how easy it is to incorporate the healing qualities of herbs into your life. Discover the benefits of various grown and gathered herbs and explore why developing a relationship with our herbal allies is more important than ever. Cohen will share his decades of experience as an herbalist guiding attendees through the many processes involved in crafting a wide range of herbal products for health, wellness and beauty.

It offers workshops and lectures across the country on the benefits of living closer to the earth through locally grown seeds, herbs and foods.

Cohen is a freelance writer whose work has appeared in numerous publications, including Mother Earth News, Hobby Farms Magazine, and The Journal of Medicinal Plant Conservation.
