Norton Temba Mliswa’s lawmaker Firebrand has raised the bar in his fight with Justice Minister Ziyambi Ziyambi by exposing his alleged extramarital affair on social media.

As recently as last week, Mliswa was expelled from the National Assembly after alleging that Ziyambi Ziyambi was plotting to kill him. The independent MP further claimed that the Minister of Justice visited several traditional and religious healers with the aim of killing him.

Unsurprisingly, this was not welcomed by Ziyambi Ziyambi who called on Parliament to investigate Mliswa’s conduct. Ziyambi alleged that Mliswa is a serial offender who does not respect anyone and should be questioned.

On Monday, Mliswa resumed her fight with Ziyambi Ziyambi apparently exposing her adulterous shenanigans on social media. According to Mliswa, some insiders who are unhappy with Ziyambi’s conduct have disclosed the details of the case.

Mliswa alleges that Ziyambi Ziyambi abuses his office by dating a married woman who is also a junior officer.

Mliswa wrote,

After raising serious objections to Ziyambi Ziyambi’s retention in office following his statements mocking justice, I received more information. This shows that its shortcomings go beyond the legal in morale.

An informant sent me this information which shows that if this is true then the man is unrecoverable for this position.

Husbands are usually powerless to do anything when someone uses their political influence to steal from wives. But we are not powerless as a people to be ruled by such figures. Judge Mabhikwa is under investigation for cases of this nature. Now his boss is also in the same.

For his birthday, he even received a cake designed with pictures of dagga. Good for him and congratulations to the girlfriend for her creativity.

More damning for Ziyambi is that under his leadership the country has passed some of the worst laws since independence. There appears to be a government conspiracy to create a network of vicious anti-popular laws under its leadership of the Justice Department.

Today, the judiciary is a front of constant friction; judges hunted down and wronged; disputes against invoices; questionable credibility and capacity; public attacks on the judiciary and multiple blunders on the procedures. It is a mixture of brazen impudence and tragically painful.

My problem with these issues is the lack of moral values in dating a married woman. That he goes out is not a problem but why a married woman who is also a junior officer. It is an abuse of power. The husband is helpless especially against someone who goes to wizards.

He now uses his office to promote the interests of the cannabis girl who will be the consultant advising the prison services on his cannabis production business. The prison service is also under him. It is abuse of power.

The justice minister has yet to respond to Mliswa’s latest allegations. Mliswa is no stranger to controversy and has been involved in a number of high profile feuds in Parliament. Some of the people Mliswa had argued with in parliament included Dexter Nduna, Sekai Nzenza, Obert Mpofu and Memory Mbondiya.
